I FEEL LIKE I'M THE PROBLEM, MAYBE I JUST CAN'T LOSE WEIGHT ANYMORE

My main problem before starting the program is that I tried losing weight following different nutrition plans and diets, whatever I lost i ended up gaining again as most of them depended on deprivation or eating specific foods only which can't be followed long term.

I even thought there was something psychical wrong with me as my body wasn't losing weight any more , so i stared to accept the idea and adapt to it, then i spoke with Ramy and explained to him the situation and we stared the program.

This is done through strength training and dialing in your nutrition

Consistency with your training and nutrition will help you get rid of the belly and shape up your mid-section and entire body

  Do I need to be ready to train 2 hours a day and 6 days a week?

No, you only 60min to train but you do need a minimum of 3 days a week

  Do you oversee my actual workout program and nutrition plans?

I do oversee the actual workout program that's given to you as well as the macros that you are prescribed

  Do I have to love to sweat and lift really heavy weights?

No you don't

  How long does your program last?

6 months - 2 phases: 3 months each

  What’s the commitment?

Stick to your nutrition plan and workout at least 3x per week for 90 days at a time

  Is there a discount if you pay-in-full?

  What if there is an exercise I can’t do or doesn’t feel good?

We can either scale by giving a different version or we can change it and give you a different one

  What if I have food allergies? Will you force me to eat what’s on your meal plan?

No, you're the one who is going to be selecting what foods go into your meal plan

  How much should I set aside for groceries and supplements?

That depends on your size honestly and how much you need to eat

  Can I still drink wine on the weekends?

Yes

  I travel like crazy and always blow my diet on the road. Can you still help?

Yes, I will be teaching you how to eat on the road as well so you don't mess up

  How do I pay and lock in my spot?

You will pay online via Credit Card or PayPal

  What if I need to speak to someone in my circle before making a decision.
